Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Interactkit (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This is a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

1. The Service

Interactkit lets you add an AI concierge to your website. It learns what it can do from real visitor traffic on your site (auto-learn); it then guides your visitors and can complete tasks on their behalf - within each visitor’s own logged-in session, in their own browser. You are responsible for the tasks you configure your concierge to perform and for ensuring it only does what your visitors are entitled to do on your site.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to configure your concierge only to perform actions a visitor is already authorized to take on your site, and not to use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or high-risk purpose, or to access data a visitor is not entitled to. We may suspend agents or accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.

3. How actions are performed

Actions that require a login run in the visitor’s own browser, using the visitor’s own session - their credentials are never sent to or stored by us. Read-only lookups that don’t require a login may run on our servers in a sandboxed environment. You control exactly which tasks your concierge is allowed to perform.

4. Plans, billing, and usage

Paid plans include a monthly allowance of credits. If you opt into an overage budget, usage beyond your plan is billed up to the cap you set. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Automated tasks may fail or return incorrect results when third-party sites change; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interactkit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
