Make the concierge feel like part of your site, and set the tone it speaks in.
Appearance
Open your concierge’s page → Customize avatar. Changes preview live and apply to the chat bubble on your site.
- Avatar & shape
- Pick the mascot character, head shape, eyes, ears, and accessories - or keep it minimal.
- Color
- Tint the concierge to match your brand.
- Greeting
- The first line a visitor sees when the chat opens.
- Reactions
- How the avatar reacts while thinking, replying, or on an error.
How it behaves
On your concierge’s page → Instructions, set its tone, persona, and any do’s and don’ts (e.g. “Always offer the help-center link if you can’t complete a request”). It follows these on top of its built-in rules and the tasks you taught it.
