- Will it touch my customers' data, or store their logins?
- No. When your concierge completes a task that needs a login, it runs in the visitor's own browser, using the visitor's own session. Their credentials never reach our servers and are never stored. Read-only lookups that don't need a login run on our servers in a sandbox.
- What can it actually do?
- Only what you teach it and approve - and only what that visitor could already do themselves on your site. It can guide a visitor to the right page and complete tasks for them (cancel an order, update a setting, track a delivery). It can never do something a visitor isn't logged in and allowed to do.
- Do I need a developer?
- No. You paste your site URL, install one line of code, and turn on auto-learn. It learns what it can do from real visitor traffic. That's it.
- How do I put it on my site?
- Copy the one-line <script> tag from your concierge's page and paste it before the closing </body> tag - or into your site builder's custom-code/footer area (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, plain HTML all work). The chat bubble appears bottom-right.
- What happens when my site changes and a task breaks?
- It repairs itself. When a task runs into trouble, we rebuild it behind the scenes and retry, usually before you notice - at no extra charge. If it truly can't recover, it's flagged in your dashboard so you can take a look.
- Before-you-ship: can I test it?
- Yes. Every concierge has a live preview in your dashboard so you can talk to it exactly as a visitor would before you embed it on your site.
- How am I charged?
- By visitor conversations your concierge handles each month - your plan includes a monthly amount. Building and fixing your concierge is included, and you can teach it as many tasks as you like.
